The company undertakes the obligation to adhere to the requirements in the present regulations and the legislature in effect when managing data in connection to our activities. The principles the Provider follows regarding any data security matters that may arise during the course of our data management may be found on our website: B&O Kft. maintains the right to alter the present information at any time. Act XLVIII  of 2008 – on the basic conditions of economic advertisement activities and certain limitations thereof (Grt.)

2.1. those concerned: any specific natural person identified or identifiable, directly or indirectly, based on personal data;

2.6. data management: any operation or overall operations done regarding the data, especially collection, recording, organization, storage, alteration, use, search, transfer, disclosure, coordination or connection, blockage, deletion, destruction as well as prevention of further use of the data, making photographic, sound or image recording as well as recording any physical characteristics suitable for identifying the person (e.g.: finger or palm print, DNA sample, iris image);

2.9. data deletion: making data unrecognizable so that it is not possible to retrieve anymore;

2.10. data designation: providing the data with an identifying mark in the interest of distinguishability;

2.11. data blocking: providing the data with an identifying mark in the interest of limiting its management temporarily or permanently;

2.12. data destruction: complete physical destruction of the medium containing the data;

2.13. data processing: technical tasks in connection to data management procedures, regardless of the method and device used to carry out the procedures or the place of application, provided that the technical task is carried out regarding the data;

2.14. data processor: the natural or legal person or organization without legal personality, who, based on a contract with the data manager, including contracts concluded based on legal regulation, processes the data;

2.15. third party: the natural or legal person or organization without legal personality who is not ‘those concerned,’ the data manger or the data processor;

2.16. third country: all states that are not EGT States.


Data management by B&O Kft. is based on voluntary consent. In certain cases, however, management, storage and transfer of the provided data is made mandatory by law. The Provider would like the data providers to note that if they are not providing their own personal data, the data provider is obligated to obtain consent from those concerned.


If you have a question or a complaint while using our services, contact the data manager via the contacts given in the information above or the contacts provided on our website. The Data manager handles all data provided via email or the message form on our website containing the sender’s name, email address and their computer’s IP address and other voluntarily provided data confidentially, the Data Manager stores the data for as long as they deem it necessary in the interest of traceability.


We will inform you about other data management not included in the information above when we collect your data. Those concerned may request information regarding the management of their personal data, they may ask for correction of their personal data and, apart from mandatory data management, they may request their data be deleted or blocked in the manner specified during data collection and through the data manager’s provided contact information. We inform our clients that the data manager may be contacted by the court, the prosecutor, the investigative authority, the civil authority, the administrative authority, the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information as well as any other body authorized by law to provide information, provide data, transfer data and make documents available. The Provider will hand over personal data to the authorities only to the extent that is absolutely necessary for the purpose of the said authority, provided that the authority has indicated the exact purpose and scope of data they require.
